Our latest Christmas decoration is this guy.



Yes, what better time to celebrate the Hero of the Reformation, it's Martin Luther!

In our travels this Easter we visited many cities in Germany, most of which had statues of Luther in front of a church. And in Helsinki in the summer, the main cathedral is Protestant so had Luther inside.



We even found a life-size version of Playmobil's best-selling toy ever, produced in 2017 to celebrate the anniversary of the Reformation. He's telling us the tower is open!



And here's a classic Martin Luther hit, "A safe stronghold", but in Finnish!
